Question:
I have a question I would really appreciate an answer to, why at some girls
deathly scared of commitment? Like having a boyfriend? Is there any way that
a guy can change that? And if yes, how?

It is not our place to change anyone. It is up to the young lady if she desires that kind of commitment, or not. For that matter I don't think gender plays a part in this question as men have just as much problem with commitment.
I best advice to you is to be yourself, and wait patiently for the right girl to come into your life that wants that type of commitment.
