Unfortunately you have not told me if you are a woman or a man -- which might have a bearing on my answer.
First of all stop beating yourself up about this-now! You are only going to add to the problem. You are not a freak, stupid, or numb. Get these thoughts out of your mind. Maybe you just have not found the right partner to share sexually intimacy with -- have you though of that? Besides you are only 18, and have a lifetime ahead of you.
There are some wonderful books available for you to read. I would suggest starting your reading with the several books on sex written by Laura Corn. I would revisit my web site and take the time to read all the articles posted -- not just the sex ones :):):) You may consider seeking some professional help, by talking honestly with a counselor or therapist.
One other thought -- you may start by giving yourself pleasure --- exploring your own hot spots, through masturbation. There is nothing wrong with this approach. How is your partner to know how to please you -- if you don't know how?
