Dear Friends,
Words cannot express my sadness concerning the horrendous tragedy that occurred in The United States on Tuesday September 11, 2001. My thoughts, prayers, and love go out to all that have been affected, especially to all the victims and their loved ones.
 
Today more than ever we must discipline our minds, and concentrate on our practice of The Art of Loving. Unconditional love by all is the only method of removing this evil from our world.
 
"Love = Life, Fear = No Life, there truly is no in between"
 
I could continue writing my thoughts about the events of the past several days. Instead I choose to focus my energies on other articles that I am working on for this web site, and for publication. I choose also to meditate more, enjoy the beauty of the world, too be grateful for who I am, what I am, and all who are part of my life, too spend more quality time with my loved ones, and just plain give the abundance of unconditional love that I possess to all.
 
I received the following attachment from a friend today. I would like to share with you the thoughts of this unknown writer.

Here we go... the major wave is beginning to touch us now, all of us around the world, and we have an extremely important role to play in this drama... Extremely important!!!!!
 
What's playing on our world stage right now is a historical point deciding the balance of Light and Darkness. This is the time all great PROPHECIES envisioned, what's been called Zero Point. The time when we get to choose whether we live in a world of absolute chaos and horror, where fear reigns for ages to come, or a world of incredible beauty and peace where Love reigns for good!!! The choice is now ours to make, along side the rest of the worlds population.
 
We have a most decisive choice to make FROM HERE ONWARDS... Each one of us adds a significant weight to either side of the scale, depending on WHERE WE CHOOSE TO PUT OUR MIND, HEART AND FOCUS.
 
The world is watching the darkness being played out, and many may choose to buy into the drama, the fear, anxiety and anger, and stay glued to the TV or radio FOR HOURS, tuning into the darkness. Please, please, don't! I STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST IT! By focusing on it, we add more fuel to the fire, adding our physical, mental and emotional responses to the images that the media are all too eager to transmit to the entire world, and the denser vibration that such negative focus would add to our global energy soup. Diminish it instead, by all means; diffuse the fire of dread by countering it with a highly positive focus. Follow the ways of Higher Wisdom...
 
Instead of watching the news, which will perpetuate and magnify the present negative charge in the world, stay away from the broadcasts of the battle zone and MEDITATE, HARNESS THE POWER IN YOUR HEART TO FEEL AND SEND LOVE and COMPASSION to ALL who are directly affected by this drama, those who died or are injured, and also those who perpetrated the actions... Let your heart expand to EMBRACE IT ALL with the HEALING POWER OF LOVE!!!!!
 
This is a call to ZOOM YOUR FOCUS STRONGLY ON ALL THE BEAUTY AROUND YOU RIGHT NOW, and continues doing so every day!!! Celebrate your loved ones and yourself, read uplifting spiritual passages, go for a walk in a beautiful place, enjoy the sun, the clouds, the air in your lungs, the feel of your body, enjoy the trees, the rocks and every flower, human and creature you encounter. Really SEE the beauty everywhere!!! Nourish yourself well, enjoying every moment. FEEL all the beauty that is already here with us, among us and within you. We are a very unfeeling world, and it kills us. So counter by really starting to FEEL!!! Spend some time CREATING more beauty, enjoying LIFE, doing ACTS OF KINDNESS. If you are in the city, when you walk on the street LOOK AT PEOPLE IN THEIR EYES, share the love in your heart with everyone, even so called strangers! If you hear people talking about these world events with dread, fear or anxiety, take the time to help shift their focus in a positive direction. You'll be guided, let the words come naturally from deep inside you. The presence of Light will be that much more intense right NOW. Just tune in. Ride this wave like the Master surfer you are!!!!
 
Remember that every moment you have a choice of where you direct your focus, and as such, where you direct POWER! IT IS A CRITICAL TIME IN OUR HISTORY, FOR OUR INDIVIDUAL CHOICES WILL ADD UP TO BECOME THE COLLECTIVE REALITY. HERE IS CELEBRATING THAT OUR CHOICES, WITH YOUR STRONG CONTRIBUTION, HAVE HELPED TO MAINTAIN AND MAGNIFY THE FORCES OF LIGHT ON OUR PLANET, AND THE BEAUTY THAT WILL BE WITH US FROM THIS TRANSITIONAL GATEWAY ONWARDS, FOR AS LONG AS WE LIVE, AND FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS!!!!! FEEL the incredible JOY that the endless BLESSINGS of such a magnificent possibility freely gives you!
 
I would like to make one final comment here today. Technology affords us today many options for communicating with our loved ones. Email, cell phones, voice mail, pagers are just a few of the options we have at our disposal now. These options should not take the place of spending time with those you love. Make the following affirmation today:
 
I will spend more time with my loved ones.
